Advantage through knowledge - condition-based maintenance
Standard interface to the zedas®asset asset management system
ZEDAS will have its own stand at Innotrans. We will transfer values from the TÜV stand to the ZEDAS software via smartRAIL.
We consistently integrate performance data and log data from your vehicles into our maintenance management system zedas®asset. Get more out of your data.
Recognise breakdowns and faults at an early stage.
Increase the availability of your fleet and create reserves without additional vehicles. Plan your maintenance activities effectively on the basis of vehicle data and measurement data of all kinds (position data, mileage, operating hours, battery voltage, driving behaviour, etc.).

Contact us
The precise transmission of vehicle status data to the operational planning department significantly increases the availability of the trains. At the same time, maintenance costs and times can be effectively reduced by monitoring maintenance-relevant information, such as timely warnings of low battery discharges during stabling.

Automated energy efficiency in regional transport
In regional transport, double-decker trains are often under power in stabling areas for long periods of time, even when they are not in operation. To save energy, air conditioning and heating systems have to be switched off manually - a time-consuming process that is prone to errors. In times of rising energy costs and growing awareness of CO2 reduction, the challenge is to efficiently reduce energy consumption during downtimes while minimizing manual effort.
This is where DB Regio's telematics solution comes in: By connecting to the timetable, systems are automatically put into economy mode when the trains are not in use. This not only significantly reduces operating costs, but also minimizes manual effort and the risk of operating errors. The solution can be easily integrated into existing systems and offers additional options for expansion, such as the integration of further sensors and the processing of additional data. This makes it a future-proof investment in the energy efficiency of rail transportation.

Special thanks
to Philipp Lindemann from DB Regio, whose innovative idea made this extraordinary solution possible. We appreciate the cooperation with DB Systemtechnik and DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung, who took on the implementation in an exemplary manner - and thanks to our powerful devices and software, the solution was successfully realized. This cooperative partnership sets new standards in the energy efficiency of rail transportation.

With optiMEAS, DB InfraGO optimises the availability of its maintenance fleet - for maximum operational readiness.
ELL relies on the digital expertise of optiMEAS to monitor the Vectron fleet even more efficiently and ensure predictive maintenance.

Trelleborg AVS relies on digitalisation to further develop its vibration damping solutions and optimise maintenance and service in the rail vehicle industry.
